I have over 25 years of sales and lending experience and was 
awarded a “Life Time Membership” in the Master’s Club of Sacramento 
maintaining top sales every year.  I love the Real Estate business; 
helping people find their dream home or sell their existing home is a 
joy to me.  I obtained my Broker license in 2005, and I’m the broker of 
our office.
 
Richard
I have successfully owned and operated my own business 
as a contractor for over 30 years.  I obtained my Real Estate license 
in 2001 and since then I was motivated to open our own business 
operating as DK REALTY.  I am the driving force behind DK Realty 
with my expertise and business abilities.
 
As A Team 
We have become very successful in selling millions of 
dollars in Real Estate every year!  We have an in-depth view of the 
market in Sacramento and Butte Counties having lived and worked 
in both areas.  We are excited about a new adventure we just 
embarked on!  We purchased a commercial building at 
6393 Skyway in Paradise California, and we have opened 
our Real Estate Offices in the lower level of the building.
 
On A Personal Note 
We enjoy many activities together such as hiking,  
riding quads, flying in our Cessna, music and our love for God.  
We enjoy being with our two Grandchildren, Rilee and Ashlee, and the 
newest love of our life Lacey (our toy schnauzer).  We endeavor to 
maintain a life with Christ at the center.  We are very involved in our 
local church and enjoy participating in community events.
